Really impressed with the size. I had used a smaller red light panel before and always found myself moving it around. With this I can just get comfortable and do the whole session at once.
Very pleased with it. It takes up a bit of space when fully opened, which you'd expect from a full-body mat, but being able to get so much coverage in one session makes that worthwhile for me.
I upgraded from a smaller device mainly because I wanted something that could cover more than one area at a time. This is much more convenient for that.
The separate controls for the different zones are probably my favourite feature. I don't always want the same intensity everywhere, so having that flexibility is useful.
Took me a couple of sessions to work out which intensity I preferred but after that it was simple. I like having several levels rather than just on or off.
I tend to use mine in the evening and find the whole routine very relaxing. The fact that I can just lie down rather than hold or position anything is a big plus.
