I've had the Pedal Exerciser for several weeks now and use it regularly at my home office. I like that I don't need to change clothes, set anything complicated up, or dedicate a separate area to exercise. I simply sit down and start pedaling. It's a simple product, but that's exactly why I've been able to use it so consistently.
The best part for me is convenience. On busy days when I don't have time for a proper workout, I can still pedal for 15 or 20 minutes while working or relaxing. That has made staying active much easier.
Space was my biggest concern because I don't have room for a full exercise bike. This takes up very little space and is easy to move out of the way when I'm not using it
