I use it during emails and less demanding work tasks. You do have to get used to typing while walking, but once I found the right pace it became quite natural.

The remote control is highly responsive and easy to loop around your wrist. It lets you accelerate or stop instantly without having to bend down mid-stride.
This walking pad is an absolute game-changer for my work-from-home routine! It fits perfectly under my standing desk, allowing me to log 15,000 steps easily during zoom meetings.
It does the job and provides a decent walking track for low-impact cardio, though the included power cord is a bit shorter than I anticipated for reaching distant office outlets. Shipping time was standard.
